Yes, all our lab-grown diamonds are certified by reputable gemological laboratories, such as IGI or GIA. Certificates provide details about the diamond's quality, including its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
3. Can I customize my jewelry?
Absolutely! We offer custom jewelry design services. Whether it's an engagement ring or a unique piece of fine jewelry, we’ll work with you to create your vision.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
For US shipments it takes 1-2 business days, and for international shipment at least 3-7 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, wire transfers, and PayPal Friends and Family.
7. Are all sales final?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted once an order is placed.
8. How long does custom-made orders take?
Custom made orders takes about 7 up to 25 days depending on the complexity of the design.
